You should really respond when people reach out to you about the status of their order. Reached out twice and got no response

Walked in them for an hour & my feet and back still hurt just like they did in the way way less expensive sneakers. I was scammed.

Bad customer service.

Still hasn't shipped and the company said it would arrive in 2 days, and that was after the product was returned to the company and nobody notified me it was sent back.

HORRIBLE. Never received my order, have been reaching out non-stop with no response.
