Service and fulfillment were poor. Ordered two pair of ASICS Gel-Nimbus 25 online after visiting the store, which didn’t have them in stock. Two weeks went, by and I heard nothing about shipping. When I emailed to follow up on my order, I simply received a refund and an explanation that they were out of stock. When I emailed customer service again to ask for a more detailed explanation of what occurred, I never received a response. Not surprised, and I would not do business with Fit2Run again after being disappointed.

Never received because you were low on stock. Only found out because I called looking for my order

Shoes didn’t arrive

I never received the order as it was cancelled by you. I honestly do not understand how I can write a review for a cancelled order.

Worst customer service ever. My order was canceled and I have tried to get a hold of the company numerous times in various ways and haven’t heard from anyone in weeks.
