Company is not reliable!

Web store is absolutely the worst and their customer service is non-existent.

Return was terrible. I will not shop w/ you again. Sorry to lose what used to be a good store option but it cost almost $20 just to return a shoe that did not fit!!! I contacted service and they declined to help. really really disappointed with the service

This has been a terrible experience with numerous emails to me ensuring my order was in progress. Then you cancel my order after I patiently waited for weeks.
