After purchasing shoes, the website did not update showing my purchase in my account. After waiting two days, I reached out asking about my order. I reached out via text, phone call and email and all three were unresponsive for several days. From there I proceeded reaching out exclusively for a refund, which took weeks to acknowledge by the company or fulfill. The low price for the shoes isn’t worth the horrendous and borderline non-existent customer service

You guys are idiots, you never sent me the shoe and now you want a review! This is the second time I have purchased a shoe from you only to find out a week later that they didn’t have them. You took my money for a week! How do you buy something that isn’t in stock?? I will never buy from you again. Also, this purchase was the second time that I purchased one thing and the receipt had a completely different color on it making me call to confirm what I had in fact purchased and to be assured not to worry about what the receipt says that I would receive the shoe I had actually ordered. Well, the first time I got the wrong shoe in the mail (the whole reason I freekin waisted my time to call and confirm) and this time I got NO shoe. I seriously can believe this place is still in business.

I’d like to return these $130 sneakers

Terrible, the delivery time is excessive, they never arrived in the stipulated time, I had to cancel the order because I was no longer in the place where they were supposed to arrive.

Nunca recibí un email confirmando que el paquete habia sido enviado. El correo lo dejó fuera de mi casa sin protección por lo cual pudo haber sido robado. Esto se hubiera evitado si recibia el email confirmando el delivery. Anteriormente había comprado online con ustedes y la experiencia fue buena.
