I wear a size 14, and my local store didn't have any of the shoes I wanted to try in stock. I had to order online, hope that they shipped (the online order tracking doesn't work as it is always "unavailable") then try them on, and return what I didn't like to the local store. I spent almost 2 hours in drive time alone to go to the "local" store twice. When I returned the pairs I didn't like, they told me to write down my email address, and they would CC me on an email to "corporate" requesting the refund. What? Are we living in the 1980s? It all worked out in the end, but I lost a lot of time by trying to buy from their actual store vs. buying online elsewhere where I would have had actual tracking (and online proof) of my order, free return shipping, and not having to lose 2 hours of time.
