Fit2Run - PROD - SFCC

The order was misplaced in the system. Had to call and had a hard time getting through. Once on hold for over an hour. The system would not accept my phone number. When I finally got customer service they were nice.

The item is great….. the customer service is horrible! They charged my credit card but I am still missing items ordered

Takes forever to get a response from customer service, either on the phone or online. Warehouse seems to have different stock ideas than what is on the website, and even when you get a live rep, they can't seem to access what is in the warehouse/in stock.

Sent shirts instead of a skort

I didn't love the return policy but that is my fault for not reading better. I'm sure y'all are great for people in Florida.
