It took a long time to get the order.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Fit2Run and always received them quickly. This last order took over 7 days before my order was processed even though my credit card was charged when Placing the order. The email confirmation said the order would be processed in 2-3 days. I called and waiting in queue to speak to someone for over 45 minutes.

A lot of shipping time

Took a full week to ship an order that will probably take another week to arrive. Shopping experience isn’t great because the page doesn’t work as intended, page won’t let you use discounts and points you’ve earned, collects taxes even though it’s not in the same state. Called/wrote to customer service and they replied by email ages after the incident and the response wasn’t helpful or directly address the problem.
