When shipping to store clearer directions should be provided to the customer

Site had a glitch so got numerous confirmation emails of both purchase and shipping. Was sent duplicate order so had to return the one that I did not order.

Is good they are good shoes.

I had to call two times and ask them to be shipped, but other than that it was good.

Could never get anyone on the phone or through chat. Seems customer service needs to be better. Shipping also took a much longer than normal time.
