REALLY need to improve LIVE Customer Support and immediate response; not a lag time of days or no response at all. And definitely not a "form letter" response but instead a direct response to a direct question. I missed out on Memorial Day weekend 202% off discount because I could not get a response to a question submitted on Saturday morning via phone call (on hold forever then sent to voice mail so left a message); phone call & prompted to text line; sent Contact Us Form; sent e-mail to support@; even got a text response thread opened up but in the middle of my reply to their question the Rep disappeared & my reply was left hanging. That's not acceptable.
Otherwise, the shoes available and the Rewards program w/ free shipping and an additional discount are great.
