By phone I was told I could return but by instructions sent I was right on the return window time and would be past it by the time you would receive it. Since I had to pay to return them I didn’t want to risk it. Disappointing.

When they told me there was a problem with the orders from Puerto Rico they refunded me

The shoes were charged on my cc at least a week before I received them! I was getting ready to contact Fit to Run when I finally received an email they had been sent

Ordered running shorts, received running shoes. The shorts were out of stock, they took the shoes back at no cost to me, and gave me a $20 credit in addition to the refund on the shorts.
