You must improve your website or create an app where customers can place orders without problems. The page is obsolete and often delays the purchase process. On the other hand, they must put the size chart and let the client know if they recommend the right size or 1/2 size more or 1/2 size less, just like the official pages of On Running, Brooks etc...
