You must improve your website or create an app where customers can place orders without problems. The page is obsolete and often delays the purchase process. On the other hand, they must put the size chart and let the client know if they recommend the right size or 1/2 size more or 1/2 size less, just like the official pages of On Running, Brooks etc...

Thank you for having a great selection! This is the second time we have found the shoes we were looking for at your store when we couldn’t find them anywhere else. We will continue to shop here when looking for new running shoes!

First, I made an online purchase but there was a problem with the address so it couldn’t be shipped. I went to the store and it’s always a great experience. The associate was very friendly and helpful. I put the order at the store and within a week, the sneakers were delivered. I’m very thankful for that.
