Fit2Run - PROD - SFCC

The shoes weren't available even though it said they were and took my order. Noone ever told me until I left multiple texts and voicemails. My daughter didn't get the shoes at Christmas.

I was charged immediately when the order was placed, but never received an email or confirmation that the shoes were shipped. I called, texted and emailed numerous times with no response. I never received the shoes. I was finally able to get the credit card company to give a refund!

Shoes were ordered, got an email that latwr that week that the shoes were out of stock. And I never got my refund back until weeks later, when I had to request it ;-(

Horrible inventory control and customer service.
