I paid $20 for expedited 2 day shipping and the shoes still came 7 days later. Its impossible to reach anyone for a refund.

The shoes never arrived! The shoes were a birthday gift ordered on December 7th (and confirmed by F2R as being shipped) and set to arrive in 1-5 days via FedEx Home Delivery. The did not arrive in time (or at all) for her birthday on December 17th. My many attempts to contact F2R went unanswered. Texts, phone calls and messages on your webpage were all left without reply from you. You should send her a pair of shoes...or 2 pair of shoes! The poor service/no service and lack of response were deplorable and your company should be ashamed!

Never received my order. Didn't know they were out of stock until I called to check on the status of my order. I did receive my money back that was charged to my credit card.
