More content is needed

Slightly disappointed with the amount of content regarding businesses attending and presenting. Venue, food, drink, staff all fantastic and made the event seem better value for money.

- Great to hear what

- Great to hear what others are doing - and get the inspiration - nice net-working possibilitiy - Could benefit from the round-table discussion if more time were allocated - we were only able to scratch the surface - As a speaker I wrote to you after my expereince about the wrong presentation - and I have not received any kind of resonse

Field Service Europe

I've been to many of your events. I understand that you don't want the sponsors to be "too salesy". With that said, there needs to be more activities to encourage attendees to visit the sponsor's booths. Those that do visit, they tell me they do so because they want to see new technology innovations that can help them do their jobs better. But the majority of attendees avoid us. We're the ones paying for the event!

Enjoyed my first time at FSPS

My first trip to Field Service Palm Springs was a nice learning opportunity. It was an opportunity to meet some impressive peers at respected companies. Some of the presentations were too much of a sales pitch and other just didn't have a point. The trade show was a nice mix of offerings. It was worthwhile to engage with the vendors. The Heads of Service Hot Seat session was a disappointment. It would be ideal to have 8-10 in the session and no more. The group was far too big and there was a direct competitor in the room so I wasn't interested in sharing much. Putting a little more work into the design of the session would be helpful. FSPS was well organized and I look forward to future sessions.

Very well organized and ran event - content somewhat lacking

I believe the event was very well organized and ran. I'm impressed with the various events, the snacks, signage, time management etc. Very well executed. However, I was hoping for more "meaty" content to take home with me. Many of the presentations were simply the benefits of a particular product, and focused on selling benefits and features rather than having a true discussion on the challenges we face. I was lucky enough to host one of the round tables on Friday thought the discourse there was great and glad I had the opportunity to do that. I've definitely left the conference with new knowledge and contacts, so there was true value. My wish is for future events to drive deeper into our challenges and how we can help each other's organizations grow and let the products sell themselves as answers to our problems. Thank you!
