High quality speakers and topics, as always I walked away with something new or a new way of looking at something old. Great investment for both team and personal development and growth!

The first day was very insightful. The second day was good to speak with the vendors but i think the third day was a waste. On the third day the vendors should still be onsite and you should give each vendor 20 minutes on the main stage to show off their product to the attendees and then give the attendees the opportunity (If they haven't done so already to work with each vendor individually at their booths)I think this will help fill up a wasteful day and support your overall agenda to have the convention for 3 days.

I hoped there would be more sessions on technology. Also - I would recommend better topics during the panel conversations. I got more from the conference from networking than the sessions.

Would have been better if there were more client testimonials on actual technology driven solutions (e.g., AR/VR) that have been deployed and the value realized.

The meeting was very intersting, but the issues covered by by the talks and panel discussions were hard to scale for our very small service business
