In general, it was a great meeting. Lot of experiences shared. Great people and atmosphere. A little bit redundant in some topics. I'd like to see more business cases Thank you!

For my first Field Service Fall conference, this was a great start! Women In Service breakfast meeting set the stage for the whole conference. I made some great friends for life and learned a lot, too! Chris Voss was, by far, my favorite presentation. Get his book, "Never Split the Difference, Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It." Worth the read. (Whomever it was that thought it would be a good idea to have four individual sessions with 30+ in each group... all in the same room.... should rethink this! This was my least favorite part and would not participate in a session like that in the future.)

Really liked the conference, think you should have 2 Tracks, one Field Service and one Parts

Great venue and great content. Would have liked for the event to start mid-day Monday vs. first thing to avoid Sunday travel or missing the first sessions due to travel. VP Think Tank was great. More peer-to-peer sessions would be valuable.

Many great talks and items to take away. Really loved the Chris Voss talk and some of the panel discussions. Shara did a great job running the show along with her staff. The food was very good and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I wish Mimi would have come but maybe in a couple years I will cross paths again.
