Great job with all the logistics by the WBR team, and a great venue. Attendance continues to grow with a diverse mix of industries represented. Great opportunity to learn from and share with peers. The APP introduced this yea was an awesome tool in maximizing the benefit of attending. One downside was amount of pre-conference contact and spam received.

The Good: My first Field Services USA conference, good speakers, good content, good opportunity to network, good exhibit hall, good food and refreshments, great venue/setting in Palm Springs/Desert, good administrative logistical support, signage to events, etc, Bourbon tasting, wine tasting, Chef tasting were not only great events, they were great opportunity to have more direct conversations and network. Hope you continue with those types of events. The Needs Improvement: Consider moving the Awards program to an evening dinner (perhaps last evening before final day) and wrap it in with a fun sponsored event. Will get better participation. Consider ending conference by noon on final day, this afternoon's final 2 sessions only had about 16-17 people in them, felt bad for the speakers. Market to vehicle technology installation/preventive maintenance service providers/audience, attendees seems heavily weighted with medical device service providers, I was hoping to network with folks who's business focuses on what I am trying to build at Lytx. Overall, very good experience and looking forward to next year.

The vendors were great! Plinko game really seemed a little off - no one understood it and no one was ever at the booth. Some speakers good but sometimes needed a little more depth.

Well worth the investment and a worthy event to come again and again. To meet old friends, customers, and prospects. Networking opportunities are plenty and the site is very nice and accommodating to your individual needs.
