The overall conference was quite good. The sessions were very technology-driven, especially AR. I would like to see next year focus more on having speakers discuss business processes and how to optimize a company's digital transformation in field service. The venue needs its own transformation - it's a bit tired and lacking in modern conveniences, such as charging stations, mini-workspaces/quiet rooms, etc. The networking sessions were great, especially the end-of-day events. The food was good, but I did get sick after two of the three lunches. The food at breaks tended to be very carb- and calorie-heavy. More stand-up tables are needed in the expo area to accommodate eating during breaks. Thanks for having so many water stations! The conference support staff were attentive and helpful.

Very good format for interacting with new prospects. Logistics are great, including the app. Very helpful to have large badges with peoples name, title and company on. The one thing that must improve is the WIFI bandwidth. The cellular network is very bad in the conference area and if you need to get on a web-conference during the even which I had to do many times, it was a bad experience. Fix this and I will give it a 5 star

I enjoyed meeting so many people working in my field and the open exchange of ideas. I took lots of notes! As a speaker, I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail for my panel. I would like to suggest leading speakers/panelists to the correct side of the stage and having them exit the opposite side. Put stairs on both sides. This creates a better flow and less confusion. I ended up having to climb onto the stage in a dress because I didn't know where to find the stairs and no one helped.

Was overall a good experience. The modules were very informative. I did however not see the value in the panel discussions, especially the ones that felt more like a sales pitch. Chad Williams speech was fantastic and really a value add. I recommend more of this in future events.
