The conference was well prepared and organized. It would be nice if there are more AI related topics and also if there are more vendors that can provide add-on AI or IOE options to the existing field service CRM platform of Sales force, Service Max and MS Dynamics.

It would certainly be a nine on a ten point scale. The conference was on point and extremely well run.

Great event with content and decision makers!

This was my first time at this event. I did enjoy and did in fact learn a lot during the presentations from several people. Being new, I have an ask as some parts seemed rather difficulkt as the names of all locations where different things were occurring were not on the map received. Also, the tools box talks and other input sessions like this seem to bring more questions than answers or directions on where to get answers. I would suggest that this be looked at and least provide a few different locations where information on the topics can be found. Overall, it was very good and I am glad I went.

As a fist time attendee, I found the conference to be informative.
