I really enjoyed the panels and discussion topics that were covered this year. It felt like we were discussing and looking to the future of where healthcare is going and how Service can fit into that. Outcome based healthcare will surely require manufacturers to take more risk and accept payment based on the performance and outcome their therapy provides. This will drive increased reality or uptime rates

I very much appreciated how well the conference was run and managed-especially the individual attention. I would have preferred the seminars to run consecutively rather than in paralled. There were many that I wanted to see but were being run opposite of others I wanted to see. Fortunately, as there were two of us, we were able to cover more than if we had gone alone. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised to see and learn new ways to grow revenue and save costs from a wide range of field service professionals. There were many great ideas presented that are self evident in other businesses that are less obvious in ours. Well done.
