Cisco EU Prod

Exceptional from placing the order to the followups and responses from Simone : ) Thank you.

Arrived quickly and good packaging. Happy all round :-)

It'd be 5 starts if you could make returns easier. After all it's a shopping website & in this world of digital-era, easy transitions & transactions, a product return is a very basic service one could provide. Overall experience with the website is fine, except when the website has the product listed but is unavailable in the stock.

Good selection, but the pictures could have been better and more describing

Good experience with Cisco Store, easy to find what I was looking for.
