Some items take a lot of time to restock. There should be a restock ETA or info on if the item will be restocked at all. There's an alert for when the item comes back in stock but easier to have an ETA and check once in a while. Items on Sale don't show in the Men/Women apparel sections, so users have to browse another section to see what's on sale instead of getting everything in one of the sections.

The shop is great, easy to use, fast, great shipment. Prices are high. The item I purchased was terrible.

I got all my queries answered well prior to placing the order; and I got a timely delivery. So, it was a good experience. Try updating the product-listing more frequently, 'cz for APAC Cisco Store, I could see the products listed & hence placed an order; However were 'out-of-stock' (I was informed later)
