Directly after paying the order
Directly after paying the order i have identified that the size of some T-Shirts was wrong. I have immediately contacted customer service and asked to change the sizes. In a couple of days i have got response, the it is not a problem to change the sizes, but actually they just forgot to make any changes and I got the T-Shirts with wrong size. To my claim the customer service answered that i can sent them the T-Shirts back on my own costs. The FedEx International Economy Shipping Price to the UK from Germany is €81,27 (it is a cheapest shipping option). My Email with notice that such option and way to work with a customer is unacceptable was just ignored.
