I got all my queries answered well prior to placing the order; and I got a timely delivery. So, it was a good experience. Try updating the product-listing more frequently, 'cz for APAC Cisco Store, I could see the products listed & hence placed an order; However were 'out-of-stock' (I was informed later)

Placed an order for correct size and order was not attended to for a whole week. They only informed me they had no size when I called and was informed I could accept a larger size or a refund. I took the larger size which turned to be Okay still, except that the sleeves are too long.

Directly after paying the order i have identified that the size of some T-Shirts was wrong. I have immediately contacted customer service and asked to change the sizes. In a couple of days i have got response, the it is not a problem to change the sizes, but actually they just forgot to make any changes and I got the T-Shirts with wrong size. To my claim the customer service answered that i can sent them the T-Shirts back on my own costs. The FedEx International Economy Shipping Price to the UK from Germany is €81,27 (it is a cheapest shipping option). My Email with notice that such option and way to work with a customer is unacceptable was just ignored.
