This was our first year exhibiting at eTail West, and we did not know how productive lead generation would be. The show exceeded our expectations by far. We were swamped with interest. Assuming the increased business we expect out of this happens, we will be back again, and are also considering eTail East. On the downside, Alliance who manages the shipments were excessively priced (even for trade shows) and not well organized, especially for how load out after the show was handled. But they did get the job done for us and on time. Alliance efficiently handled the delivery of our crates and booth and the laborers were accommodating The WiFi internet, managed by Marriott's Encore, we paid for at the booth was terrible and we could not connect or it said all connections were taken up, so we ended up having to use just the general attendees free WiFi. This was a problem for what we needed to do to show off our products at the booth.

Once again, eTail exceeded my expectations. The sessions, tracks and extracurricular activities were spot-on. My only suggestion would be to end the daily sessions by 5 p.m.

eTail West is a great ecommerce conference. Not too big, not too small. Quality speakers, venders and an excellent run venue.

Very informative and great effort putting together such a great event. The agenda makes sense with the right amount of time for networking, will go again next year!
