Phenomenal few days getting to meet industry folks across the country and NA. Cannot wait to come back next year - best event I've been to in 13 years

I've attended many conferences from marketing, UX, and retail. eTail West is by far the one I look forward to the most. Most attendees are executives or extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. Every conversation I have is by and far the most memorable, interesting, and educational. I feel like I level up every time I talk with an attendee at eTail, and I've been doing e-commerce for a very long time. Even if you haven't been to an online e-commerce conference in the past or are new to the field, there's something for everyone. But if you're also at the top of your game, the networking enviroment is hands down the best in the industry.

Mother's room was great, although there was some confusion at first as to how to access it. It would have been nice to have some "vendor" receptions/activities at the same time as the "retailer only" events. Recycle Bins on the exhibit hall and throughout the venue would be great. So many cans and water bottles were thrown away when they could have easily been recycled instead. Also lots of plastic plates/cutlery was used, wish those were a bit more eco friendly. Labeling of badges for Retailer vs Vendor, similar to the Speaker and Press badges would be nice so it's easier to have targeted conversations. Longer exhibit hall peak times would have been nice so people didn't feel rushed

I have attended many trade shows across the country. This show checked all the boxes for me. Plenty of vendors with all types of solutions. Plenty of food and fun. Great speakers and fireside chats.

Best conference that I have been to in a very long time.
