I am writing to share a recent experience I had with this company. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through both phone calls and emails, I received insufficient support.
I encountered an issue with a package that was supposedly collected by TNT. When I contacted TNT, however, they had no record of this shipment. The conflicting information and lack of clear communication led to considerable inconvenience, prompting me to involve my credit card provider to claim my payment.
I found this experience to be frustrating and disappointing. It has unfortunately shaken my confidence in the company's ability to reliably fulfill orders and meet customer needs. At this point, I cannot recommend this company to others without reservations. It appears one would need an extraordinary level of patience and financial flexibility to navigate such a situation.
I hope that this feedback encourages the company to take a closer look at their customer service and delivery process. There's significant room for improvement, and I sincerely hope future customers don't have to experience similar difficulties.
