Strollers frame broken and no exchange

Hello, I am dissatisfied with the work of your support team. We reached out to repair a stroller with a broken frame, and we were informed that neither repair nor replacement was possible. Four years have passed since then. I understand that the warranty covers the stroller for two years. However, we did not expect the frame to break after such a short period, nor did we expect it to be irreplaceable. We used the stroller primarily during vacations and, over the course of four years, it was used for approximately 60 days in total. We did not expect such poor quality and a significant breakdown, especially considering that the manufacturer does not deem it necessary to replace the stroller after such usage. We are very disappointed with the quality and cannot recommend your company to anyone. Best regards

Horrible customer service, not getting any help!

I am having issues with my new Metro 3 stroller, I have tried to email you guys over ten times. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE??? The customer service is horrible.

Bought bouncer, my baby got injured due to less padding, reported it german customer care and it took 2 months and 100 emails!

I am not happy with your bouncer since my 7 months old baby injured herself due to your padding, there is not enough padding and if a baby moves its had or arms like my baby it can get injured. I reported it to your german customer care but they did not take it serious and did not asnwer my emails and also they do not pick up phone! They are very rude and do not know to deal with customers!. I am not happy with your product and your german customer care and will not purchase anything again from you and also recommend to noone. Poor Customer Support

We owned the Evolve Bouncer for just 12 months when the base broke. We contacted Ergobaby seeking a solution and were more than willing to pay for a repair. Unfortunately, their response was simply that because we did not purchase the product directly from them, they were unable to assist. We were not looking for a free replacement — just support and a fair resolution. Very disappointing customer experience.
