Strollers frame broken and no exchange

I am dissatisfied with the work of your support team. We reached out to repair a stroller with a broken frame, and we were informed that neither repair nor replacement was possible. Four years have passed since then. I understand that the warranty covers the stroller for two years. However, we did not expect the frame to break after such a short period, nor did we expect it to be irreplaceable.
We used the stroller primarily during vacations and, over the course of four years, it was used for approximately 60 days in total. We did not expect such poor quality and a significant breakdown, especially considering that the manufacturer does not deem it necessary to replace the stroller after such usage.
We are very disappointed with the quality and cannot recommend your company to anyone.
