No customer service

Terrible and terrible customer service. Ordered only this week from your website which glitched at the payment stage and my payment was taken twice for the exact same item. Two orders for the same product within seconds of eachother were sent to me. No satisfaction with your customer service. Told I have to return once received. The item(s) haven’t even been sent yet so can’t understand why once can’t be cancelled so I can be refunded one of the amounts taken from my card. Will most likely end up returning everything if it can’t be resolved. And purchase a sling for baby somewhere else. Really bad service and a headache to a new mom with no extra time to hand to sort out a company’s website error. Responsibility for a company’s website error pushed into the customer.
