Really poor service

The slider straps had started to come away and a replacement was offered provided I cut the straps. It was a gift so I was not the originally purchaser and now Charlotte tells me they can’t assist. Thank goodness I didn’t cut the straps as I wanted to wait u til new received or would have no carrier for several days or as it turn out at all! What terrible service!

Baby carrier

I ordered a carrier almost a week ago - communication has been terrible, no notification or delivery date and am yet to receive it! It was a gift for a staff member going on maternity leave leave! Disappointed!

No support from the support team.

I accidentally ordered two carriers and immediately sent an email to the support team. There is also no return label in the package or printable online. You can simply only return through the support team. After another email and weeks of no reply I escalated the issue with PayPal and finally now got an answer. Let’s see if I can now send one back, now.
