Delivery process was terrible

Ich hatte ein Stillkissen Anfang Februar bestellt, es wurde Ende Mai geliefert. Habe nat:u00fc:rlich mittlerweile ein anderes besorgt, meine Kinder sind 3 Monate alt jetzt! Habe keine Verwendung mehr daf:u00fc:r, retournieren darf ich es aber auch nicht.

It’s been over 15 days and I’m still waiting for a basic part of my carrier, which means I haven’t been able to use it at all—despite urgently needing it. It’s completely unacceptable to use regular postal service for essential items. They should have chosen a proper courier with tracking and reliable delivery. Very disappointed with this experience.

I have ordered a baby carrier for a gift and haven’t received it yet after more than a week. First time I emailed your customer service, I get a reply saying usually orders are dispatched 3-4 working days despite it had been already 3 days. Your customer service phone number goes straight to voice mail and email responses seem very generic. I haven’t yet to receive even a tracking number of my order. The service is not great at all.
