Unacceptable shipping to Greece

It’s been over 15 days and I’m still waiting for a basic part of my carrier, which means I haven’t been able to use it at all—despite urgently needing it. It’s completely unacceptable to use regular postal service for essential items. They should have chosen a proper courier with tracking and reliable delivery. Very disappointed with this experience.

Very disappointed with the service

I have ordered a baby carrier for a gift and haven’t received it yet after more than a week. First time I emailed your customer service, I get a reply saying usually orders are dispatched 3-4 working days despite it had been already 3 days. Your customer service phone number goes straight to voice mail and email responses seem very generic. I haven’t yet to receive even a tracking number of my order. The service is not great at all.

Signed up, let down, moving on

Signed up for the newsletter like a good little customer, expecting the promised promo code. Guess what? No code. Had to go chase it down myself, because apparently doing the bare minimum is too much to ask. Meanwhile, the product I wanted is still “coming soon,” just like my patience, which officially ran out. I’ll be unsubscribing and taking my money elsewhere. Hope your “coming soon” customers enjoy the wait!
