Late delivery and issue with payment.

My order didn’t arrive for 2 weeks. Only after multiple follow ups, it was resolved. Your team said that they didn’t receive payment but later apologised for the mistake. Not a good experience for a customer and a new mother

Poor experience

Waited a week then followed up to be told there was an error and item was out of stock and I would receive a refund (no support around suggested in stock alternative colours). Found and brought in different colour and requested expedited delivery given error / delays but told warehouse is closed until 5/1.

Takes 2 weeks to sort

Takes 2 weeks to sort issue under warranty. If a part is faulty and needs replacing you should deliver it via special courier so families are not left without a buggy and no means of transportation. Inconsiderate and disappointing

Web page error

I couldn't buy through the web (was buying from Spain), so I had to write to costumer service. It took more than a day to get a response and didn't get a solution quickly, actually I almost didn't buy the product that I wanted because it was frustrating and time consuming. It took more than a week to buy an online product, which is ironic as normally it should not take more than 15 minutes to buy something online.

Not helpful

I asked about the warranty, since Ergobaby advertises a 10-year warranty, and the answer I got was that there are no known problems with the carrier. So, doesn't it make sense that my carrier is defective if it breaks in the wash, even though I followed all the washing instructions? Truly unsatisfactory. I won't buy another Ergobaby.
