Ergobaby products are fantastic which is why I have been a repeat customer. But on both occasions I have placed an order and been left waiting days/weeks to receive any kind of tracking information. The website doesn't make it clear that products come from Germany therefore they are subject to long delivery times and can be delayed in customs. I think this should be communicated better to customers, I am currently waiting for an order with no idea when it will come because of two German public holidays I wasn't aware of.

eine Stornierung wurde mir telefonisch zugesagt. Es hat nicht funktioniert. Kein guter Kundenservice, auch per Mail habe ich die Stornierung angefragt. Vielleicht ist Ihr Kundencenter überlastet.

Customer service has no spare parts available. If bar’s plastic attachment breaks, throw it away and get a new one. The piece should be easy to remove as there is just a screw to unscrew. Consider being more sustainable and allowing your products to have a longer life, at least as long as the baby’s use of the product.

Finde es sehr schade, dass es aktuell kein Hebammenprogramm mehr gibt. Außerdem erhalte ich E-Mails auf englisch.
