Goede draagzakken

Comfortabele, handige en stevige draagzakken. We kregen een andere kleur dan we dachten omdat de eerste foto op de productpagina een standaard foto is. Helaas hebben ze geen inruil beleid, maar uiteindelijk bood de klantenservice om dit toch te verschaffen - super opgelost daarmee.

No replacement parts available

I have the metro+ deluxe and was disappointed to learn many replacement parts are no longer available. For a premium travel stroller, I would expect replacement parts to be available just two years after purchase.

Bauchtrage

Leider schon zum zweiten mal Ware geliefert bekommen die falsch gepackt wurde. . . . . Online Retoure!!!! Das erste mal 2024 und jetzt 2025 Dieses mal von euch eine L:u00f6:sung angeboten bekommen die OK war.

Customer service could be better.

Sling great quality, however, customer service was not as helpful as expected. I lost my pouch that attaches to the sling and wanted to purchase another. The customer service was very unhelpful, and it appears I am unable to purchase another one.

Good products but customer service lacking

Ergobaby products are fantastic which is why I have been a repeat customer. But on both occasions I have placed an order and been left waiting days/weeks to receive any kind of tracking information. The website doesn't make it clear that products come from Germany therefore they are subject to long delivery times and can be delayed in customs. I think this should be communicated better to customers, I am currently waiting for an order with no idea when it will come because of two German public holidays I wasn't aware of.
