I purchased this adapter on

I purchased this adapter on December 6, 2025, after it had been out of stock for over a month. Unfortunately, the company failed to include my full home address on the package, causing it to be lost in transit. When I contacted customer service, I was told a replacement would be sent, but due to their winter break closure, processing was delayed for two weeks. As a result, the replacement will not arrive until the end of January. What is especially frustrating is that they are expecting me to return the original adapter, which never arrived in the first place. Because of this issue, I was unable to use my stroller for nearly two months. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I never received my entire

I never received my entire order. Multiple items are missing while they claim that it has been delivered. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and I'm still waiting for items I purchased.

Nothing but trouble. Shipped to

Nothing but trouble. Shipped to the wrong address couldn't get through to the third party delivery service and customer service was absolutely zero help.

It took a month to schedule the delivery, On Trac said they delivered but the package is no where to be found. Ergobaby was unconcerned and reluctantly offered to reship the item when I requested a refund. I have no confidence I’ll ever get the item I purchased or my money back!
