The front of the cards as a white dot on it on that is not suppose to be thereon every front of the Christmas card Your quality control is awful. I use to use you all the time. The first time I use you and I get a defect on the card. I will be calling quality control on Monday Jeff Macko 416-565-3332 The last think I need is to go through this at this time of the year!!!!!!

If you like automated service then eprintfast is for you. On the other hand, if you appreciate the service provided by a real person when checking a printing order then you should consider other options. It would be nice to see them add a personal touch to their service.

i have used this company a few times before. this was the first time i had problems. dealing with customer service had me feeling that they knew they are cheap and if you cant do it they exact way they want, then too bad
