Print quality was great exactly what my images looked like on the computer but when received actual prints the corners were dog-eared and creases running throughout the prints.

Derar Sir/Madam, I am normally very happy with your work but this time I was a bit disappointed. I wanted my cards to be bright white and instead, the actual card background was off-white. Should I have specified this when ordering? I would not have thought so. Thank you

My job should have taken three days, instead it took a week and a half to receive them because the website allowed me to submit a larger version (still 2:3.5 ratio) version of my images, stating nowhere that the dimensions needed to be exact, then never sent me an email saying I needed to resubmit! Had I not happened to check on the website, get no clear answer about the status, then call customer service, I would never have even known! This is frustrating alone, then I wasn’t even able to request a rush job. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Cards turned out ugly. I designed them myself but was very simple design. I think lesson for everyone is don't try to buy online if you are not a designer and can't see a sample in front of you.

My first experience was so good... i elected to use you for a rush job over what my local printer could do... massive disapointment 3 different banner jobs requested within minutes Delayed shipment Rerouted shipment (at my request) but you forgot to mention it was not next day service but instead 2 days which made it show up the Monday after the show I was attending....,
