Bad colors

We have received recipe cards that are incorrect or mixed with other customers products.

The quality of the printing was quite poor and below par. The templates are not easy to navigate as well.

I had to email to confirm that the pdf files inuploaded were correct because they were low res. Very confusing when it coukd habe just said... Not a high res pic... Just for info only. I almost didnt order because i thought your site was screwing up my uploads. Spent several hundred dollars and one element of my orser was cut 1/16 or so too low and my cards look bad. Yiu guus said... My fault... Even thiugh i sent correct artwork - you said cutter xoikd shift etc. Not pleased. Asked to at keast redo just a portion of the order and you said no. Spent several hundred dollars on this order - but will go back to my local printer now....

Everything was good except part of the design didn't come out right the way it was sent in. Not sure how it happened.
