I made my business card in you online setup however when I got the cards I see that the writing on them is too small and not centred

I had ordered birthday cards and submitted my own design but what actually turned up was postcards. My understanding of a birthday card is a folded card, not a flat postcard. I will be contacting you direct to return.

We got square postcards printed. The print quality was good however the whole image was shifted to one side and not centered as I had designed it even though everything was within their template guidelines. I would be wary to order again if they cannot print what I have designed.

Really have to work hard to do business with you guys. Graphic art part is ok but saving work and reordering and accessing previous art to modify is not easy and obvious, could be way more user friendly

Overall, I thought the finishing job could have been better than the final product delivered. There is a visible in the middle of all the cards and they were cut slightly off centre. I'm disappointed in the quality control, especially since I've ordered from this site before and have had great experiences.
