I didn't receive my cards yet! after 12 days

Hi, out of my 6 orders 3 of them don't have good color quality! I want to change them right away. I checked my files with marketing centre and everything is right. For order no 4315841 I had to use 1500 of that for one side but I want to change the rest of 1000 because it should have the same color on both sides. order 4315845 the note pads are very bad in color quality and my face is dark. I want to change all. 4315842 very bad color in front.

When there were printer cut marks, it did not show up in the pre-flight, and printed wrong. Our customers were not happy with the prints but the printer would not do anything about it

Good afternoon, I received my brochure order last week and was disappointed. I have used you for printing for years and recommend you to my small clients. With this order, I paid for scoring to help prevent cracking on the folds, but as you can see from the photos, the cracking was noticeable and ugly. I also used your template for positioning and the folds were off more than usual. I realize, you can't get the folds perfect, but this was pretty obvious and others noticed and asked about it. There were also black smudges on many inside panels (even though there was no adjacent colour or image). Not sure how that happened, but I can't say I'm happy this time (and embarrassed that I 'talked you up' so much to the client). I placed another order with you around the same time for some business cards and they were awesome as usual. Anyway, thought you should know... JR

Compared to this time last year, the print dpi is drastically lower. Comparing products side by side, I can see a major difference in fine lines and ink density. The price is right, but the fine print is almost unreadable now.
