The colour wasn’t crisp.

When we submitted the order, we received an email at 9:41 Saturday night saying that we had 1 hr to review the changes they made. One hour on a Saturday night?! How is a business supposed to catch that? The order went through since I didn't have a choice and when I saw them though I was disappointed, as our signature colour was way off and very faded. The only thing that impressed me was how quickly they arrived at my door.

I don't like that you have to go through paypal to pay. I just want to do my credit card and the site implies that you can do so, but when you do, it doesn't go through. I had to open a ticket to get the answer to go through paypal. That is a problem.

Will consider other printers first before using spring again. The delay is sending. As opposed to the “overnight shipping” eh h I pod for was a costly mistake.... for me. No compensation when I called to ask where the items were. Just a sorry and an awkward laugh was what I got from the lady on the phone.

My cards were a lot lighter than my actual file. I've used other printers with the same file and they've printed fine before. They also cropped my image poorly, so the font is uncomfortably right at the edge of the borders.
