Would it be possible to be able to use our old template associate with our account, so that it is faster for us than always make a new template?

I recently ordered 2 boxes of business cards with the same artwork. One box turned out great, while the other did not. I'm not sure why this would happen but the difference is quite noticeable. The batch that did not turn out well is meant to be backing cards for enamel pins I've designed, and now I'm not sure if I'm able to use them.

Hope you can add pick up myself as a choice of the way to shipping because my office is very close to the warehouse. So I can save the shipping and order more

Looks good but like Windows 7 compare with win 8 & win10.

It's very hard to get a hold of someone! Email replys are impersonal. The problem was resolved by several emails.
