I like the product, I like the ease of use, what I really don't like is the change that when you check out you must check all in your cart. I work for a company and have multiple orders on the go at one time waiting for approval, what usually happens is most approve their order but then someone doesn't I can't slow down production for one person so have to delete the order now approve and then redo, not very productive use of time for a large company. My only dislike of this company.

I would give 5 stars for the ease of ordering and the quality of printing and delivery. I would give 1 star for the contact and quote I had with a customer service rep prior to the online order. I wanted to order something identical to a colleague. I gave the colleage's name, an exact description of the item's measurement and paper stock and was given a quote 3 times what the cost should be. It was not until we went through every page of online categories and measurements that we found the item and were able to order online at 1/3rd the quoted price.

I think for Canadian customers, the shipping option could be more. Production time should be less as well with any higher prices. Work done is great but still more competitiveness needed. Thanks

Ordered business cards as we have in the past. The file was rejected, same format as sent in the past? The file had 10 cards, 2 columns of 5 each, the previously recommended format was as such. We had one column with 2 tel numbers, one column with only 1 tel number. In the past, this was an acceptable format, now, it appears this is 2 separate print jobs. Not a big issue as the cards are not expensive, but, to have it corrected took some 10 days before we received the final order, a little late for the start of an event we needed the cards for. We will in future order in the new format, I merely hope this newer format doesn’t change again, perhaps sending the order several weeks in advance of needing the print job is best.
