The design is bland and doesn't flow nicely in ordering process.

The post cards came out great. The banners on the other hand had a few that were discoloured in areas, but enough came out right to accomplish the task. Production time was a little longer than I expected but it is December and lots of orders I imagine.

I thought the product and timeliness of the order was great. The frustration I had was with shipping. When confirming the order, there are shipping options presented, but the options don't say what is guaranteed based on paying higher amounts for shipping.

Would be nice if production and shipping is faster.

You need to show your clients the preview of what will be printed. Where the crop cuts will be made during the ordering process.
