eprintfast

I've been ordering through ePrintFast for years, and during that time, they have really lived up to their name, typically both producing and shipping my order within a couple of days. Unfortunately, it seems as though this is no longer the case, as my last two orders (very small jobs) have each taken over a week to produce (not including shipping). I understand that there may be staff shortages and other issues that have arisen as a result of the pandemic, but I've also been ordering from similar sites (who offer product options that ePrintFast doesn't) and their turnaround times seem to be more in line with what I've come to expect from such companies over the years. I am still happy with the quality and pricing, so I will continue to order from them when applicable, however, I will have to go elsewhere for time-sensitive jobs.

This time... Not so much. Ordered with next day service. Delivery was not sent on the Saturday but waited till Monday still took 5 days to receive.

Colours were great but the bottom left side of the coupon feature of my giveaway postcard was chopped off crooked leaving a very unsatisfactory result.

The paper was not what I thought and your prices were more than I expected. You have discount codes that dont work and you payment system doesn't work well.

Issues with teeth in photo. Not sure if it was in photo submitted but should have been pointed out.
