Not enough Fonts provided, and the quality control

I have used this company for years. The new website removed typical print options and added finish expectations without consultation. Discounts tht pply to consumers don’t pass on etc. Not a grt waty to manage resellers. I would have expected a headsup on finishing changes to be able to preparer myself and my clients to the coming changes. And the lack of ability to take advangage of discount offerings available to the public mean I pay more as a reseller than someone who maybe orders a print job every year or two - but likely catches a retail promotion I can't get. Not good business...

The site had a couple UI things like separating posters and fliers and having some sizes only available in each, even though they are functionally the same thing, and not being able to order sizes that weren't in the drop down (had to go through the whole process to order 1000 twice instead on just ordering 2000) and I received part of someone else's order in mine and one part was deliverer a day later after I pointed out the mix up. That said, quality of the print was good and they fixed their mistakes quickly.

I’d like to be able to print 1500 postcards but my choices are 1000 or 2000

While very satisfied with the relatively low cost, disapounted by the quality as the colour rendering in sone locations was not true to the colour.
