On screen, looks good. Off screen, looks like shit!

Awful service. In this day and age, companies that can’t take care of a basic customer request to make a return will go under.

I want to return this hoodie but I can't get anyone to email or call me back

This is not worth the money, even with a discount code. The pattern is not vibrant at all and the fabric feels cheap. AND there is a 15% restocking fee if you want to return it. Not worth it.
