Way too bright in color, cheap looking

The hoodie was nice but didn’t fit the person I gifted it to. Tried to return it- phone number didn’t work- sent an email and NEVER GOT A REPLY- I’ll never buy from this company again. Make sure you order the right size cause you’re stuck with it!!

It was a big stress from start to finish. I found the sizes ordered are seemingly not fitted for the size it states. I was given the wrong tracking number and did not get any resolution to that situation for over 72 hours. 42$ for express shipping to be made to wait for almost a month to receive my order. I will not order from this company again.

Was a repeat customer until my last order. Terrible customer service. Multiple emails went unanswered. Package came without return form, yet their website states that one is included with shipment. They charged a ‘re-stocking’ fee on a return as a guise to nickel & dime their customers. Definitely not a ‘hassle-free’ return ~~ I will NEVER order from them again; the unique art of the sweatshirts aren’t worth it!
