what a waste

Customer success was totally useless, order was 7 days late based on your own estimate, hoodie was not nearly quality enough to warrant a $75 price tag. Will never order from you again.

Material is cheap and customer service is non existing.

Poor material. Thin. Shapeless. Route tracking is worthless and we should not be charged extra for that.

I did not like that I had to pay return shipping and restocking fee. This hoodie cost me like $45 in just shipping and restocking and I don’t even have anything to show for it. Hoodie did not fit and was uncomfortable.
