The team was amazing. We had a great video call to design the engagement ring I purchased. The Kyoto pickup experience was very special and welcoming even though I rushed them while my girlfriend thought I was at a convivence store. While in Tokyo, we had the good fortune of meeting Mutsumi Kitayama at Mokumeganeya, who expertly assisted us design our custom Mokume Gane rings. Truly a wonderful experience for us. Amazing customer service; our crazy schedule was cheerfully accommodated. Our finished rings far exceeded our expectations. They are beautiful works of art. The craftsmen are masters of their craft. We are already dreaming of our next design.
