I picked the ring up in Ginza and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and professional. The visit in the store and the service was a real joy. The selection process was easy to understand and every option was presented so that in the end I was able to create the perfect engagement ring.

Amazing service with great recommendations and tastes. Not pushy about selling their products and no need because their products are beautiful already. Lots of customization options to pick something unique. We bought rings and they were finished early and delivered super fast. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Could not have wished for a better experience.

employees were so polite and helpful, took the time to answer all of our questions, and so accommodating. had the rings mailed to us, but they made the process super easy, always kept me updated, and because of our circumstances, finished making the rings a week early. the presentation was beautiful, exactly what i ordered, and fit perfectly.

Mutsumi Kitayama helped us through the entire thing. No complaints and only great things to say about the store and clerks. If the translator is not in store they facetime someone to speak with.

I don't mind price as long as the thing I want to achieve is unique. The reason for choosing Mokumeganeya was the attachment with Samurai history and I love Samurai. Even this type of ring was unknown to my fiance even though she is Japanese. My would be Mother-in-law also didn’t know much about this. My fiance absolutely loves the ring and so do I.
